Hi, I’m Praney (pronounced Pra-né), and I’m so glad you’re here. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the path ahead. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, struggling with identity, or just trying to make sense of your emotions, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin again. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in your unique story. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
I’m a South Asian, gay and queer, cisgender man and an immigrant-settler based in Toronto. These parts of my identity deeply shape how I show up in the therapy room, with care, humility, and a commitment to holding space for all the layers of who you are. I work with both heterosexual and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and couples, and I especially welcome those who have felt like they’ve had to shrink themselves in order to fit in. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your well-being and what healing, connection, and joy might look like for you.
My work focuses on sexuality, identity, emotional wellness, and relationships. I’ve spent years supporting racialized and queer clients, as well as newcomers to Canada, and I bring experience as a researcher and educator in sexual health. I’ve taught medical students at UCSF and Stanford, and I currently serve as the Executive Director of a Toronto-based nonprofit that provides sexual health services, education, and support to underserved communities. Whether you’re carrying stress, grief, confusion, or longing, therapy can be a place to feel lighter, more whole, and more like yourself. Let’s begin, whenever you’re ready.
